Any administrator at Telco Wiring and Repair, Inc. is responsible for implementing and overseeing this policy.

This policy covers all devices and systems within our network, including:
- Wireless Access Points
- Wireless Client Devices
- Fiber Optic ONT
- Routers
- Firewalls
- Switches
Network Security Measures
While Telco Wiring and Repair, Inc. maintains an open-use network, we implement specific protocols to enhance network performance and reliability. These include:
- Spanning Tree Protocol (STP): Prevents loops in network topology.
- Broadcast Storm Protection: Mitigates excessive broadcast traffic disruptions.
Network Performance Monitoring
Our in-house Network Operations Center (NOC) actively monitors network performance and uses a notification system to alert us to any outages.
Incident Response Procedures
Upon notification of a network outage, we assess the situation and troubleshoot systematically to find a resolution.
Reporting Policy Violations
While security is not a primary focus, we address policy violations such as illegal file sharing or torrenting by contacting the end user directly.

Documentation of Network Changes
We maintain a comprehensive database of network changes, updated in real-time and stored within our NOC.
Bandwidth Management
Telco Wiring and Repair, Inc. ensures that we have ample upstream bandwidth to accommodate each subscriber’s allotted bandwidth, helping to prevent congestion.
Customer Complaint Resolution
We assess each customer complaint related to network performance and work diligently to find the best outcome to resolve any issues.
Customer Communication Regarding Network Changes
Customers will be informed about network changes or issues via phone, letter, or email.
Customer Feedback Mechanisms
We value customer feedback and encourage customers to share their experiences by calling or emailing us directly.
